At Two Sparrows Therapy & Counseling, we focus upon helping individuals, couples, and families find hope, healing, and growth in their lives. Our practice is client-centered, strengths-based, and forward-thinking. We collaborate with our clients within the context of their most significant relationships.
We desire for our clients to be able to take a deep breath and sink into the shame-free, strengths-focused atmosphere of our therapeutic space. Our priority is for our clients to feel comfortable, valued, safe, and heard; within this atmosphere, transformative stories, new meanings, and possibilities can be crafted.
Our treatment focus includes processing trauma, navigating transitions, building relationships, and moving through grief. We treat these issues using methods such as collaboratively creating new, hope-centered narratives, focusing upon solutions, utilizing language to create change, integrating mindfulness practices, and EMDR.
